Adrenal Disorders


About
Orange colored endocrine glands that are found on the tops of both kidneys. Each gland is made up of the Medulla and the Cortex. The Medulla produces epinephrine and norepinephrine (adrenaline). The Adrenal Cortex produces other hormones necessary for fluid and electrolyte (salt) balance in the body.
