Indigestion (Dyspepsia)

A disorder of digestive function characterized by discomfort or heartburn or nausea.

  • If you have a burning feeling after a stool that has a foul smell your need to fast.
  • Never eat when you are tired or upset.
  • Omit to drinking while eating.
  • Pancreatin is good if you have had surgery on the abdomen and if you are hypoglycemic.
  • Pine apple and papaya should be included in your daily diet.
  • Soybeans, lentils, and peanuts need to be rationed with your diet.
  • Take a self acid test if you need more hydrochloric acid at each meal drink apple cider vinegar in a glass of water.
  • Take pancreatin for upper gastrointestinal gas and trace minerals for lower.
  • Use brown rice and barley broth for bloating, gas, heartburn drink this throughout the day.

Catnip, Chamomile, Fennel, Fenugreek, Goldenseal, Papaya, and Peppermint

Cautions: Do not use goldenseal for more than seven days, and don't take it if you are pregnant. Check with your doctor if you have been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or glaucoma. If allergic to ragweed, use Goldenseal with caution. Do not use Chamomile for extended periods of time and if allergic to ragweed, do not use at all.
