  • Do not douche.
  • Eat a balanced diet.
  • Lubricants can keep sperm from reaching the cervix, along with saliva.
  • Omit smoking.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Stay away from alcohol.
  • Talk to your doctor about medications you are on if you are trying to have a baby for risk about the medications you are taking.

Echinacea, Ginkgo Biloba, and St. John's Wort

Purposes: Heavy use of these three drugs should not be done when having problems with infertility problems, as they can cause infertility in men.
