Stress may be caused by many different things - change, worry, pressure, bills, holidays, etc. It affects people in different ways. Some people know how to control it, while others are negatively influenced by it.

  • Relax try meditation or yoga.
  • Stay away from stress foods such as junk foods, fried foods, chocolate, eggs, carbonated drinks, artificial sweeteners, pork, red meats, sugar and white flour products.
  • Take dairy products out of your diet for 3 weeks and bring them back into your diet slowly and keep an eye out on nervous conditions you may have.
  • When talking to your self always make it positive because negative conversations can cause stress.
